Alex Newton – New Autosmart Franchise Owner in Bracknell and Maidenhead

Working in the automotive industry most of his career; taking on the established Autosmart Bracknell business on his doorstep was the natural career choice for Alex.
Alex tells us, “I am thrilled to be the new Autosmart franchisee for Bracknell and Maidenhead. I first saw the advert on Facebook at the start of 2023 and thought that it was definitely a business that I could thrive in. I’m a people person and have been in sales most of my career. Most recently, I worked as a consignor for a well-known classic car auction company. This involved several days a week working from home. I missed being out and about and I also wanted a business which would provide me with a regular income.
“My franchise is driving a shop on wheels and selling Autosmart’s vehicle cleaning products to businesses who need them on a regular basis. I’m busy and meeting different people every day, so this is perfect for me. I’ve enjoyed a thorough handover of the customer base from John the outgoing franchisee and am looking forward to building great relations with my customer base.
