Jamie McNeil joins Autosmart in the Harrogate area.

Jamie McNeil joins Autosmart, aged 38 after working night shifts as a train driver assessor for the last 8 years. Jamie wanted an opportunity to work in normal day time hours, but also maintain a good salary. He has a passion for looking after vehicles and even set up his own side line valeting business. He found out that the local Autosmart franchisee for Harrogate, John was selling after over 30 years of running the business and so started to look into the opportunity.

Jamie tells us, “I attended the week long induction training course. At Autosmart head office I learned all about the specialist vehicle cleaning products. There is a wide and impressive range of car shampoos, polishes, wheel cleaners, dressings and screenwash. What I really love about the business is that I am providing best in class cleaning products with an incredible delivery service. My showroom has a unique dispensing system that allows the customer to take the exact quantity of product they need each month into a “barrel for life”, saving them money and helping them keep plastic waste down to a minimum.
